Braaten Law had the privilege of representing a group of landowners whose property was forced into the Summit CO2 storage facility, and we just had a great victory in the courts. We are all very grateful to see our courts enforcing the Constitution and its protections for the people and private property. It is unfortunate that litigation was necessary, but we appreciate the diligence and thoughtful jurisprudence from our judicial system.
