Williams County Commission Tables TENORM Permit Pending Braaten Law Firm Recommendations

Braaten Law Firm attorney Carey Goetz appeared with clients today at a Williams County Commission meeting where commissioners heard spirited testimony from many landowners concerning a conditional use permit for a TENORM facility in Williams County. Goetz raised concerns on behalf of clients saying, “This is a genie that once let out of the bottle is hard to remediate. Cleaning up is never going to put you back where you were before the contamination.”
